Can it get any more overwhelming? The more technology solutions they come up with, the more complicated it gets, doesn’t it? I thought technology was supposed to simplify our lives! But some days, index cards are looking pretty good again.
The 80/20 rule says that 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. You need to be free to focus on that top 20% — the “dollar productive” stuff — which means you have to leverage the expertise of somebody else whose own 20% lines up with your 80%! Make sense?
